The regions
Thailand pairs a lively capital with a cooler mountain north and two coastlines, the Andaman Sea in the west and the Gulf of Thailand in the east. Your advisor helps you choose the right mix and the best season for each.
The Grand Palace, Wat Pho and Wat Arun along the Chao Phraya River, with floating markets, rooftop dining and a celebrated street food scene.
More than 300 temples in and around the old city, night markets, cooking schools and the misty hills and hill towns of the north.
Thailand’s largest island, with beach resorts, Phang Nga Bay’s limestone islands nearby and easy boat days on the Andaman Sea.
Limestone cliffs at Railay, the Phi Phi Islands and quieter islands further south, all reached by longtail boat or speedboat.
Two former royal capitals, both UNESCO World Heritage Sites, with temple ruins best explored by bicycle or with a private guide.
Golden temples, island light and a famous welcome.
One advisor to shape every day around you.
Experiences
Every journey begins with what matters most to you.
Cooking classes, street food tours and regional dishes from curries in the south to khao soi in the north.
Floating markets, night markets and craft villages, with a guide who knows where to look.
Songkran, the Thai New Year in April, and Loy Krathong in November, when lanterns and candles fill the rivers.
Riverside hotels, private longtail tours of the canals and dinner cruises on the Chao Phraya.

Timing
November to February brings the driest, most comfortable weather across most of Thailand. The Gulf islands around Koh Samui have a different pattern, with their main rains in late autumn.
Hot days from March to May, Songkran in April and calm seas on the Andaman coast early in the season.
The green season, with passing showers, lush landscapes and good value in the Gulf islands.
Rains ease in the north and on the Andaman coast, with Loy Krathong in November.
Cool, dry weather in the north and sunny beach days on the Andaman coast, the most popular time to visit.
Questions
November to February is the most comfortable time for most of the country. The Andaman coast is best from November to April, and the Gulf islands around Koh Samui are often sunny from February to August.
Ten to fourteen days allows time for Bangkok, Chiang Mai and a beach stay. We plan domestic flights and transfers so you spend less time in transit.
Phuket offers the most choice of resorts and dining, Krabi and the Phi Phi Islands are known for limestone scenery, and Koh Samui suits a quieter Gulf stay. We match the island to your season and travel style.
Yes. We recommend sanctuaries that focus on observation and care rather than riding or performances, and we arrange visits with knowledgeable guides.
Shoulders and knees should be covered, and shoes are removed before entering temple buildings. A light scarf or sarong is easy to carry.
U.S. citizens can currently visit Thailand for short stays without a visa and complete the Thailand Digital Arrival Card online before arrival. Entry rules change, so we confirm the current requirements for your trip.
