Questions

Questions travelers ask about Greece

Late May, June, September and early October offer warm weather and sea temperatures with fewer crowds than July and August. Spring is ideal for ancient sites on the mainland.

Greece has about 6,000 islands and islets, and 227 of them are inhabited. Most travelers combine two or three islands with time on the mainland.

It depends on what you enjoy. The Ionian islands such as Corfu, Kefalonia and Zakynthos are green with clear water and beaches, while the Cyclades offer whitewashed villages and island hopping. We help you choose and plan the connections.

Yes. Ferries and short domestic flights connect the mainland with the islands. We plan the order, transfers and timing so you spend less time in transit.

Olympia, where the Olympic Games began in 776 B.C., and the theatre of Epidaurus in the Peloponnese are two of the most rewarding, along with the museums and Byzantine churches of Thessaloniki.

U.S. citizens need a valid passport and can generally visit Greece for up to 90 days without a visa. Entry rules for Europe are changing, so we confirm the current requirements for your trip.
