Explora Journeys ships have more places to eat than a seven-night voyage has evenings, so it pays to choose with care. Anthology is the fine-dining restaurant, overseen by Head of Culinary Franck Garanger. Fil Rouge is French, with soufflés and a dessert trolley. Sakura is pan-Asian, Marble & Co. Grill is the steakhouse, and Med Yacht Club cooks the coastal Mediterranean. Emporium Marketplace has open kitchens serving all day. For something hands-on, Chef’s Kitchen is a cooking class where the group then dines together privately. We’ll help you choose the voyage and the suite, and plan which evenings to reserve.
Premium drinks are complimentary in all bars and restaurants. Anthology and Chef’s Kitchen carry an exclusive experience fee set by Explora Journeys.
