The regions
At the tip of the Baja California peninsula, two towns and the coast between them offer very different stays. Your advisor helps you choose a resort with a swimmable beach, plans boat days and excursions, and arranges your transfers from the airport.
The marina, waterfront dining and Medano Beach, with boats leaving daily for Land’s End and the open Pacific.
The granite arch where the Sea of Cortez meets the Pacific, with sea lions, Lover’s Beach and glass-bottom boat trips.
The coast between the two towns, lined with resorts, championship golf and the snorkeling bays of Chileno and Santa Maria.
A historic town center with a mission church, galleries and a weekly art walk from November to June.
An hour north on the Pacific coast, a designated Pueblo Mágico known for its artists, surf beaches and farm-to-table dining.
Desert light, blue water and slow afternoons.
One advisor to shape every day around you.
Experiences
Every journey begins with what matters most to you.
Calm bays along the Corridor, and the coral reef of Cabo Pulmo National Park for a full-day trip.
Humpback and gray whales pass the coast from December to April, seen from small boats with expert guides.
Private charters for snorkeling, sunset sails and sport fishing in some of the richest waters in Mexico.
Fish tacos from local stands, farm-to-table dinners in the foothills and wines from Baja’s own valleys.

Questions
November to April offers warm, dry weather and whale watching season. Summer is hot and humid, and hurricane season runs from June through November, so we recommend travel insurance for trips in those months.
Many beaches face the open Pacific and have strong currents. Medano Beach and the bays of Chileno and Santa Maria are among the calmer swimming spots, and we choose resorts with swimmable beaches when that matters to you.
Nonstop flights from the New York area take about six hours. We arrange the flights and private transfers from the airport in San José del Cabo.
Cabo San Lucas is livelier, with the marina and nightlife, while San José del Cabo is quieter, with a historic center and galleries. Many travelers stay on the Corridor between them for easy access to both.
Five to seven days allows time for beach days, a boat trip to Land’s End, an evening in San José del Cabo and a day trip to Todos Santos.
Yes. U.S. citizens need a valid passport to fly to Mexico. Entry rules can change, so we confirm the current requirements for your trip.
