At Traveland, we plan Sea Cloud voyages from start to finish. Sea Cloud’s tall ships trace their story to a yacht commissioned in 1931, and today SEA CLOUD II and SEA CLOUD SPIRIT sail the Caribbean, the Mediterranean and the British Isles with sails raised by hand. We arrange the flights and hotels around your voyage, so your time goes into the sailing. Sea Cloud sails SEA CLOUD II, which hosts 94 guests with 65 crew, and SEA CLOUD SPIRIT, which welcomes up to 136 guests. The original SEA CLOUD, commissioned in 1931, sailed a farewell tour in October 2025 before going into dry dock.
Fares include a welcome bottle of Champagne, a daily fruit basket, an open bar, select wines and beers with meals, gratuities, port charges and beach barbecues. We confirm the inclusions for your voyage when we book.
Guests can climb 46 feet to the first platform of the rigging, under supervision, and watch as the crew raises the sails by hand.
Sea Cloud sails the Caribbean from November to March, the Mediterranean from April to October, and the Atlantic coast and British Isles from May to July.
Cultivated Journeys are special sailings with private performances by Steinway Artists and meals prepared by Michelin-starred chefs.
